This year the RLCY experimented with a commercial on-line entry and results system which was linked from the CCW site and the RLYC site.

It is not practicable to keep the boats all in one place so we tried to maintain Trinity Landing as a focus. Please comment on whether you feel this was achieved. Please comment
The provision of tea and cakes was intended to provide a community focus. Please comment on whether you feel this was achieved. NB: We appreciate that later arrivals missed out and if we do this again we will try to schedule the supply better in the future. Please comment
Alternatively, should we provide facilities to meet after the racing either in a beer tent or equivalent, or other location. Please comment
We are aware that for those on moorings, storage facilities may be required. The options are to find a shore-based location or perhaps a secure lock-up on a barge/pontoon adjacent to the moorings. Or, would you be happy to deposit them on a launch and have them returned the following day? Please comment

The objective was to maintain a regatta ethos and provide an event that brought the whole regatta fleet together. We appreciate that some classes had a long wait after their series racing due to the unscheduled additional series races held to replace those cancelled from the previous day.
