Programme

A full programme of racing, on-the-water activites and social events has been organised. For 2011, and as more Cowes Clubs become involved in organising the event, social events of varying format will be held at a different Cowes Club each day. As requested by competitors, the evening events are largely informal with the main regatta dinner being held after the Opening Reception on Monday.

Racing will be on a mix of laid and round-the-buoys courses, multiple race tracks, committee boat starts and 2 races a day. Class representatives have been consulted about any particular needs - see Sailing Instructions for details.

Tea and cakes (free) will be served on Tue, Wed and Thu afternoon after racing kindly sponsored by Roberts Charts and RLYC. Hot 'gourmet' sandwiches will also be available on those days for those with an appetite. Breakfast every day: Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 9.30am**. Packed lunches to be ordered prior to 5.30pm on the previous day and available after 09:30.
