To start choose from Treacle Glazed Salmon, Celariac Remoulade, Pickled Cucumber Ribbons OR Marinated Tomatoes, Ricotta, Aged Balsamic and Ciabatta Shards.
For the main course there is Roasted Porchetta, Seasonable Vegetables, Herb Roasted Baby Potatoes and Vichy Carrot Puree, OR Wild Mushroom Pithivier, Seasonable Vegetables, Herb Roasted Baby Potatoes and Vichy Carrot Puree.
The Dessert is Baked Meringue Pavlova, Tropical Fruit and Compote.
Dress code is Jacket and Tie.
