This traditonal Georgian Townhouse is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and only two minutes walk from the Royal London Yacht Club. This charming 18th century cottage is one of the oldest houses in Cowes and was lovingly restored by the present owners, Richard and Ursula Hollis who offer comfortable accommodation to yachtsmen and visitors throughout the year with or without breakfast, including full use of the house and all its facilities and its delightful secluded garden which is ideal for parties and barbecues.

It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and separate shower room and altogether four lavatories. It is ideal for corporate entertainment or for a large crew as its dining room seats up to 12 and adjoins the small but functional kitchen.

The house has a large secluded walled garden which is ideal for private parties and outside functions.

The house is occasionally available to rent for a minimum of a week for major regattas or holidays.
